James Price of Pleasanton has built a flight simulator out of the nose of a Boeing 737. Price is an air traffic controller at the Oakland Air Traffic Control Center in Fremont and a private pilot. He has been working on his flight simulator for the past 12 years and is one of only a few people in the country to own and operate such a device.
