Boy Walking to His U.S. Marine Father for the First Time

A 6-year-old boy with cerebral palsy surprised his U.S. marine father and walked to his dad on his own for the first time when his father returned home from Afghanistan. Staff Sgt. Jeremy Cooney didn’t know that his son Michael learned to walk during his deployment. Cooney’s wife Melissa kept her son’s progress a secret and prepared her husband a welcome gift of a lifetime.
